Penlon Tracheostomy Kit
Designed for military use by Prof Reinhard Brummelkamp, a Dutch Surgeon. It was evolved by Penlon into a one handed instrument that could be inserted through the Cricothyroid membrane by para-medics. Supplied to some European armed forces. Available from 1964 to 1970.
